Personal Introduction
I have over 30 years’ experience leading, managing, consulting and delivering innovative mostly technology solutions in micro businesses to global enterprises, achieving mission critical sustained outcomes in a variety of industries. I have led a number of organisation transformations and helped other leaders and teams become high performance through “agile” coaching from 2010. From 2018, I have increasingly focused on leadership coaching for all levels and corners of the organisation, helping individuals and organisations self-develop their own innovative, authentic and sustainable solutions with results that are longer lasting and impact more people now and in future generations positively.
Why Do I Coach?
I’ve refined this many times over the years and at the moment I best describe this as “I am building a good world for my son’s childrens’ children to grow well and continue positively impacting the world and humanity so that their great grandchildren also receive a good world to grow well.”
“Great players need great coaches too” - Ben explained to me why it matters in 2012.
“Coaching” chose me. I was happy as a software engineer, as a delivery manager, as a senior manager, as an entrepreneur. With my psychospiritual coaching training I found a new and exciting way to work with others much more impactfully, personally and with much longer-lasting positive impacts for my clients and their team members now and in the future,
Guiding people to find their real healthy vitality and successfully help themselves and their organisations to a much better future.
“Now I am the captain of my ship, the master of my fate”
— Past coachee
I learned (and encourage my coachees too) to watch what people do, not only believe what they say. I recommend you read what past coachees have kindly shared: 2023, 2022 and 2020 - and really find out a lot more about me from people who might be a bit like you, before choosing to make contact for a 30 minute “chemistry check”.
My approach is bespoke to every coachee, dynamic to whatever they bring in, guided by the principles I learned during my training for my Masters in Psychosynthesis Organisation and Leadership Coaching. This qualification took me nearly 5 years to achieve - and when thinking about choosing a coach I suggest reflecting on what type of coach you need. I chose this training path as it seemed bigger and deeper, than every other qualification path I researched in 2015. I was correct. I’m able to help the whole of you, whatever you need.
