Personal Introduction

I have over 30 years’ experience leading, managing, consulting and delivering innovative mostly technology solutions in micro businesses to global enterprises, achieving mission critical sustained outcomes in a variety of industries. I focused intensely on organisation transformations and helping other leaders and teams become high performance through “agile” coaching from 2010. From 2018, I have added and increasingly focused on professional personal coaching as the results are longer lasting, impacting more people positively.

Why Do I Coach?

“Great players and great teams need great coaches too” - Ben explained to me what I do and why it matters over some beers around 2012. I receive a great deal of feedback over the years, and tend to reflect deeply on many things since my teens.

“Coaching” chose me. I was happy as a software engineer, as a delivery manager, as a senior manager, as an entrepreneur. But with coaching others professionally, I found the creative construct for my ceaseless curiosity at last, and a way to use all of my experience much more frequently with many more people than in other roles I have been in!

I find purpose in guiding people to find their meaning and their path, and to then help them transition to live and lead authentically in full health, and increasing levels of self-awareness and knowledge of many more things..

“Now I am the captain of my ship, the master of my fate”

— Past coachee

I learned (and encourage my coachees too) to watch what people do, not only believe what they say. I recommend you read what past coachees have kindly shared: 2023, 2022 and 2020 - and really find out a lot more about me from people who might be a bit like you, before choosing to make contact for a 30 minute “chemistry check”.

My approach is bespoke to every coachee, dynamic to whatever they bring in, guided by the principles I learned during my training for my Masters in Psychosynthesis Organisation and Leadership Coaching. This qualification took me nearly 5 years to achieve - and when thinking about choosing a coach I suggest reflecting on what type of coach you need. I chose this training path as it seemed bigger and deeper, than every other qualification path I researched in 2015. I was correct. I’m able to hold and help the whole of you, whatever your need is.
