My coaching is by agreement of your goals - if you’re not sure what goals we should agree on, we agree to discover those goals together and then proceed with regular coaching sessions. The goal for each session is established, and we check what value is created in the session and that we’re on track for the overarching intention of the coaching agreement. These can be specific, or directional, and pace is entirely in your control and dynamically adjusts as we learn and proceed.

TEAM coaching

Every team is unique - comprising the multitude of the specific combination of every team member’s maturity of experiences, knowledge, skills, interests, preferred learning styles, neuro-uniqueness, and much more. Additionally, teams in different contexts think, feel and behave differently - an office team at work is very different from the same team at a social gathering.

After a short Discovery Phase (Discovery never ends actually when a team continuously improves) a customised offering is co-created if we choose to work together further. As with physics experiments, observing people at work causes them to change how and what they usually do - you and the team members will have some initial reflections during Discovery which will confirm that we can work together, or not.
